In the late ‘70s, Keith Richards was probably at the peak of his career with the Rolling Stones, whereas Patti Hansen had found a lot of success as a model. According to Harper’s Bazaar, they were set up to meet each other in Studio 54 in 1979.
They instantly clicked, and by 1983 in December, they had exchanged vows. They remain happily married to the day, with Keith being 74 years old and Patti, 64. They have also had two daughters and live together between their New York City apartment and their mansion in Weston, Connecticut.

While the pair are not exactly publicizing their relationship, Douglas has made a couple of Instagram posts of their pictures. So, there appears to be no trouble in paradise.
