As cinema lovers, we all should be thankful to Hollywood for giving us talents who entertain us with their stellar on-screen performances. Anthony Hopkins is one such actor who has been a regular in the film industry since the 1970s.
Some of his exceptional works include The Remains of the Day, Amistad, and The Silence of the Lambs, through which the audience witnessed his versatility. It’s a fact that no one can escape the ageing process and although Hopkins is old now, it has not affected his career as he still finds him busy filming for TV shows and movies.
Leonard Whiting – 70, $5million
Seeing a younger image of actor Leonard Whiting, you would assume that you’re looking at the High School Musical actor, Zac Efron, that’s how handsome Whiting was. Getting noticed for his singing abilities first, the English actor was cast in the role of Romeo opposite actress Olivia Hussey (who played Juliet), in the movie adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, the classic Shakespearean tragical drama.
After gaining a huge following after the movie released, Whiting seemed to disappear from our screens as his projects dwindled up. He would again reunite with Hussey in 2015 to act opposite her in the movie Social Suicide, a full 46 years after they first appeared on screen.
