Sanjay Gupta is a renowned American neurosurgeon who earned widespread recognition after joining CNN in 2001. Today, he is the chief medical correspondent for the network, and you can often catch him educating the public on health-related topics. The 51-year-old does all that while working as associate chief of the neurosurgery service at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and a professor on the subject at Emory University School of Medicine.
Gupta has been married to Rebecca Olson, a family law attorney, since 2004 and shares three daughters. It’s lovely to see how they respect and embrace each other’s cultures (Olson wearing a saree above, for example).
