Just when William Shatner thought third time’s the charm, his third wife, Nerine Kidd Shatner, passed away in an accidental drowning. His previous marriages ended in divorce and, while grieving the death of his third wife, he met Elizabeth Anderson.
Anderson herself was grieving the loss of a husband, and the two connected in their grieving. They married in 2001 and even co-wrote a song called together on one of Shatner’s albums. But, although they shared a common interest of music and horses, Shatner filed for divorce in 2019. The divorce was finalized in 2020.
