Lauren Chapin, Age 78 – Father Knows Best

Born in 1945, Lauren Chapin was a child actor known and loved for her role as Kathy “Kitten” Anderson, the youngest sibling on the 1950 hit television show Father Knows Best.

Following the end of her sitcom in 1960, Chapin’s life took a turn for the worst, and she struggled with substance abuse and domestic financial disputes. Her court cases with her mother, coupled with her controversial habits, led Chapin to bankruptcy. To make ends meet, she was forced to become a female escort and was subsequently jailed. Today, Chapin has a $6-million fortune, made a full recovery, and has found solace in faith and religion.

Kathleen Hughes, Age 95 – Revenge

The blonde-haired beauty was born in Hollywood, California, as Elizabeth Margaret von Gerkan, better known by her professional name Kathleen Hughes. Having caught the acting bug from watching movies, she worked with major film studios like 20th Century Fox and Universal Studios during her illustrious career.

After making her acting debut in 1948, Hughes gave memorable performances in movies like Revenge, For Men Only, and Telephone time. Although she has not worked in Hollywood for over two decades, her 2018 short movie Swamp Women Kissing Booth gives us hope of a Kathleen Hughes comeback.

Donna Martell, Age 96 – Grace Kelly

Born in Los Angeles, California, Donna Martell was recommended to a talent agency by a fellow student while studying at Los Angeles City College. She made her acting debut in 1947 in the western-themed movie Apache Rose, which earned her a contract with Universal-International.

During the ‘50, Martell pivoted to become a freelance actor and shifted her focus on television shows, appearing in popular productions like Cavalcade of America and Cheyenne. Apart from her return in the 1983 television film Grace Kelly, Martell retired from acting in the early ‘60s for unspecified reasons and has stayed away from the spotlight ever since.

Maureen McCormick, Age 67 – The Brady Bunch

An acclaimed American actress, author, and musician, Maureen McCormick rose to fame following her role as Marcia Brady on ABC’s popular ‘70s TV series The Brady Bunch. Along with her solo album, When You Get a Little Lonely, McCormick also released four additional albums in collaboration with her Brady Bunch Cast.

After the end of her popular show, McCormick fell prey to substance abuse but persevered, eventually overcoming her shortcomings in life. She is also credited with performances in popular movies like Teen Angel and Aileron. McCormick is gearing up to make appearances in the series Tamaron Hill and the documentary, Frozen in Time.

Chevy Chase, Age 80 – National Lampoon

Actor and Comedian Cornelius Crane Chase, better known as Chevy Chase, has enjoyed a long showbiz career after making his proper debut in the 1971 series The Great American Dream Machine. Chase got his big break a few years down the line, with a leading role as Tony Carlson in the mystery-comedy Foul Play.

Over the years, Chase has given memorable performances in films like National Lampoon’s Vacation, Caddyshack and Three Amigos, along with a long stint in the hit television series Community. Chase will return with his comedic prowess in Frank Peluso’s upcoming comedy flick, The Ogvily Fortune.
