Good Charlotte’s lead singer and his wife Nicole Richie bought this Spanish colonial house from 1930 in Glenwood, California for $1.8 million in 2004. The 4,800-square-foot of living space was remodeled, and now it features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two walk-in closets, huge kitchen with granite countertops, a study, three fireplaces, a garden with a fountain, and an above-ground spa! The couple reportedly sold their property in April this year for $1.87 million, which was exactly the price they listed it for. But we can’t help but wonder how the new owners handle those huge insurance bills.
