GLADYS BEREJIKLIAN – AUSTRALIA, $1.03 MILLION
Gladys Berejiklian, the former New South Wales Premier revealed more details bout her Northbridge neighborhood on the series “Why I Love My Suburb.” A native of the region, she has fond memories of fishing during the weekends and indulging in scenic bushwalks. She has a vegetable patch at her Northbridge abode which she purchased in 2016 for $1.65M.
Berejiklian previously resided at a two-bedroom Willoughby apartment purchased in 1999 for $275K. She sold the unit in 2008 for $436K, and the new owners of soon decided to part ways with it for $1.03M. The unit was scheduled to go under the hammer but fortunately sold before being auctioned. Berejikan stepped down from the position of Prime Minister in October 2021.
