Celebrities and the Mansions You Won’t Believe Are Real
Jay Leno – Rhode Island, $13.5 Million

Who can buy a multi-million-dollar property impulsively? Stand-up comedian Jay Leno and his wife drove along Ocean Drive in Rhode Island when they chanced upon this beautiful house. Although it wasn’t listed yet, it only took one call from the TV host to get the owners to sell it to him.
Leno revealed that he found the crescent-shaped mansion called Seafair, a steal since the price is a far cry from California properties. Nonetheless, he also probably found the 14-car garage attractive since he is an avid collector. Plus, it is also near to the Audrain Automobile Museum.
