Howie Long is a man who knows what he wants. After making a name for himself as an Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders defensive end (and bagging a Super Bowl), he started working as a sports analyst. He found much success in that role and became one of America’s favorite sports commentators. In 2022, you may have seen him in episodes of “NFL on FOX” and “Fox NFL Sunday.”
Long’s personal life has been nothing short of successful too: happily married to his college sweetheart Diane Addonizio since 1982, he’s welcomed three sons to the world. Like their dad, they’re all associated with the NFL, either as players or as staff.
