Caroline Kennedy & John F. Kennedy At Age 42
The late POTUS John F. Kennedy is probably best known for being assassinated live on TV. But he was also responsible for the continuation of the Appolo space project, supported the civil rights movement, and worked on passing “New Frontier” domestic policies. But at the age of 42, he was still campaigning to become president.
On the flip side, his daughter, and only remaining offspring, was still outside the political arena and making her name as a lawyer and author. She only stepped in as the United States Ambassador to Japan in 2013, and in 2021 became the Ambassador to Australia under Joe Biden’s presidential reign.
