Phoebe Cates – Gremlins
The ’80s flick Fast Times at Ridgemont High helped Phoebe Cates land her footing in the industry. She had other notable roles in Heart of Dixie and Drop Dead Fred before retiring in the ’90s. She briefly returned to the screen in The Anniversary Party only because her former Ridgemont co-star Jennifer Jason Leigh was directing the 2001 film.
Cates is 57 and is aging exceptionally well. Naturally, she changed a great deal from when we saw her in Gremlins but what she’s managed to shake off so far are the usual signs of aging. She launched a clothing boutique called Blue Tree in 2015.
