It’s tempting to think celebrity kids have it easy, but that’s not always the case. The son of the legendary songwriter John Lennon, the British musician Julian Lennon decided to follow a career in music despite the difficulty of being inevitable compared to one of the greatest of all time.
Julian did great nonetheless, releasing a few successful albums while also working as a photographer and children’s books author.
With a reported $50 million in the bank, Julian was reportedly given a settlement of $25 million by his father’s surviving widow Yoko Ono. He inspired some classic “The Beatles” songs, including “Hey Jude.”
