Country star Carrie Underwood has given birth twice, although it might be hard to believe looking at her slim physique today. That’s because she always put in the work after each birth to bounce back to her pre-baby self. Speaking with Women’s Health magazine in 2020, she revealed her secrets.
As it turns out, it doesn’t get simpler than tracking her macros and strength training. Underwood revealed that she got “hooked” on lifting, which she credits for helping her tone her legs.
