Featured in “The Last Leg” and “The Great Big Tiny Design Challenge,” the Danish-British TV host Sandi Toksvig managed to do the impossible: losing an impressive 56 pounds despite working in one of the most “delicious” shows on British television. That’s right: Toksvig resisted the charms of “The Great British Bake Off” and committed to a sugar-free eating regimen.

The results speak for themself: looking healthier than ever, Toksvig transformed her physique completely in roughly one year. In addition to cutting on sugary foods, she also started exercising with the help of the Louise Parker weight-loss program.

Michael McIntyre – 28 Pounds

The host of popular shows such as “The Wheel” and “Michael McIntyre’s Big Show,” English comedian Michael McIntrye decided to get serious about weight loss, and it worked! According to Express, McIntrye managed to shed a respectable 28 pounds over the years mainly by committing to a healthier lifestyle.

Exercising was at the center of his commendable transformation. If you want to slim down just like McIntyre did, Express recommends cutting down on alcohol consumption as soon as possible. Alcohol contains a high amount of carbohydrates that can cause you to put on weight while providing little to no nutritional value.

Josh Widdicombe – Undisclosed

The “The Last Leg” co-host, Josh Widdicombe, has always been an elegant fellow. However, he’s looking slimmer than ever after going through what can one only describe as a forced weight-loss regimen. Sadly, Widdicombe was hit by a stomach bug in March 2022 and reportedly spent a week throwing up! The poor guy had to miss work and inadvertently lost a few pounds.

As far as weight-loss methods go, a stomach bug is the one you don’t want in your life! Luckily, Widdicombe managed to recover quickly and returned to doing what he does best: being hilarious in shows such as “Hypothetical” and “One Night in…”

ALISON MOYET – 80 POUNDS

The famous singer had gained a lot of weight by 2007. For health reasons and to avoid judgment by the thin people (her words, not ours), she made a decision to drop some pounds. Nothing extreme was involved in the process, no gastric sleeve or lap band, just plain, old diet and exercise. And when we say diet, we mean a permanent change of dietary habits, not starving herself for a while just for the temporary weight loss, but adopting healthy eating habits.

GORDON RAMSAY – 56 pounds

Despite being known for his explosive vitriols, Gordon Ramsay remains an in-demand chef and TV personality. You probably saw him in Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, and Kitchen Nightmares, and on top of these, he also runs his own restaurant and raises five kids. Because of his hectic schedule, the renowned chef let go of himself a bit. His fit wife, Tana, inspired him to get back in shape. It also helped that he used to go on vacations with David Beckham and his family, which made him conscious. Thanks to endurance training, Ramsay was able to shed 56 pounds.
