Working in the same field, he has been in a relationship with actress Carmen Ejogo since 2020. Ejogo is best known for her acting stints in “Selma” and “Self Made.” The lovebirds were first spotted together on a dinner date in New York, followed by a lunch out in Malibu. In 2021, Rock starred in “Spiral,” a spin-off of the “Saw” horror franchise.
