Billy explained that there were two breeders. The first breeder was Chris. He had long hair and his toned arms were completely covered in tattoos. When he met Billy, he had a cigarette hanging from his lips that he would periodically blow in Billy’s face. Right from the get-go, Billy got bad vibes.
