Unwanted Flexibility
No matter how complete of an athlete you think you are, you will never be perfect. Take this poor guy, for instance. What he clearly has in terms of back flexibility he lacks in upper-body strength. And even though the bench press makes for a demanding type of workout, this is as bad of a job as you can do in there.
Considering his back is shaped like a U, we think this must’ve hurt a lot. When using the bench press, make sure your back is totally aligned with the seat. The support must come not from your feet but from the bench itself.
