A glorious animal, the ostrich, is often considered stupid, all because of the strange habit of burying its head in the sand whenever it feels scared. It’s surely an ineffective getaway tactic, but can’t the same be said about this odd workout routine?
Misunderstanding the machine completely, this woman is “burying the head in the sand” and making a fool of herself for the whole room to watch. Considering how inexperienced she is with the machines, we can only wonder how she got so fit! She looks terrific, but this is definitely not her proudest moment.
