English musician Eric Clapton en Stilleris typically spotted with a timepiece on his wrist, and it’s often a Rolex. Clapton, who is a watch connoisseur, has the Rolex Milgauss as one of his favorites. His Rolex collection also includes a Submariner, GMT, and a Turn-O-Grapher.
Clapton also has watches from other brands like the platinum Patek Philippe Ref.2499, which has only gone into production twice in its history. That particular piece fetched about $3.25M at a 2012 auction. Clapton has also auctioned several timepieces over the years from his personal collection including a Daytona “Paul Newman” and a Daytona Yacht-Master.
