Drew Brees – $160 Million
According to the list put together by Business Insider in 2020, Drew Brees is the third highest-paid NFL player. His career’s total earnings are just shy of $245 million, scattered over 20 years. After spending five seasons with the San Diego Chargers, Brees committed to the New Orleans Saints.
Brees is in the final year of his latest contract with the Saints and made $45 million in the year ending June 2020. Of course, that includes at least $15 million of endorsement money. At 41 years, Brees is worth $160 million.
