In 2018, what was supposed to be a routine interview with British athletes turned into a full cannonball moment. BBC’s Mike Bushell leaned into that pool in Australia, confident a shallow step lay beneath, only to discover the deep end and splash with a mic pack in tow. The startled swimmers tried to hide their amusement as Mike sputtered apologies.
