Mickey Rourke
Most of us first came to know Mickey Rourke as the go-to lead star of countless movies in the ’80s. Frequently playing the bad guy that you love to hate, Rourke featured in an array of popular films, including Barfly, Get Carter, and Sin City. The Wrestler earned Rourke both a BAFTA and a Golden Globe while pulling in an Academy Award nomination as well.
Rourke continues to act after a brief period in the ’90s when he returned to boxing. He stars in the upcoming movie Man of God, playing a cured man from paralysis after touching the undershirt of a priest.
