American actress and television personality Valerie Bertinelli was very famous for her roles in Touched by an Angel, Hot in Cleveland, and Sydney. She is also popular for hosting cooking shows like Valerie’s Home Cooking and Kids Baking Championship on the Food Network. Reportedly, Bertinelli struggled with severe weight gain but eventually got back on the track after following Jenny Craig‘s weight loss program.
After losing 40 pounds, she then became a spokesperson for the program. Today, at 60 years old, she continues hosting her cooking shows and also likes to call herself a weight-loss activist.
