Michael Richards – $1.7 Million, Los Angeles
Michael Richards is a stand-up comedian, whose fame skyrocketed as a result of his performance on the hit TV show, Seinfeld. Richards’ role as Cosmo Kramer earned him numerous awards and he received a handsome paycheck for it. This allowed him to buy this Los Angeles home in 1996. Richards also owned a house in Studio City, which he decided to sell in 1998. Despite the hefty price he paid for his Los Angeles home, at $1.7 million, it’s a rather small house with only three bedrooms, but it does have a two-vehicle garage. We can expect to see Richards back on our screens as Netflix bought the streaming rights for Seinfeld in 2019.
