Regis Philbin – $3 Million, Greenwich
The cool mansion in the photos above was one of the estates Regis Philbin used to own in Greenwich, Connecticut. This six-bedroom residence comes with a swimming pool, a motor court, a home theater, and a tennis court. It was placed on the market back in 2019 and was sold for $3 million. This house was reportedly his favorite out of all the Greenwich homes he had over the years. Philbin spent many years as a popular TV host, but he isn’t active anymore. He will be appearing in an upcoming documentary called King of Cool.
