Phil Collins decide to break the bank to buy himself a new house that cost him $33 million. The gorgeous waterfront mansion is a seven-bedroom home located in Miami Beach and was once owned by Jennifer Lopez. Basically, it’s a 12,150-square-foot villa with over 200 feet of bayfront, a summer kitchen, a pool, and a wine cellar. The lot is also surrounded by palm trees and two beautiful banyans. It also has a 6,000-gallon Japanese koi pond. Phil must have had luxurious breaks here while he’s in-between recordings for his most recent album, Other Sides, which was released in 2019.
