Kate Hudson – $5.3 Million, Pacific Palisades
Back in 2011 when Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were engaged, she decided to do some real estate investing and bought a $5.3-million Pacific Palisades mansion. Interestingly enough, the 7,014-square-foot house was located right next door to the residence she lived at when growing up. Hudson’s mother, Goldie Hawn, and her stepdad Kurt Russell once owned the neighboring house that they eventually sold, and it somehow ended in the hands of screenwriter Barbara Gallagher. The mansion Hudson and her ex-beau bought had five bedrooms with six and a half bathrooms.
