When Howard Stern decides to do something, it’s always majestic. So when he bought this $20 million lot in 2005, we knew he was going to build one of the most deluxe houses out there. Apparently, he built this 16,000 square-foot house in Southampton to have eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms throughout and five all-stone fireplaces. On top of that, it has a gigantic backyard with a large swimming pool that faces the ocean. In 2019 he published his latest book called Howard Stern Comes Again. With all his active projects, Howard now has a $90 million annual salary, while also having a $650 million fortune.
