Kanye West – $2.95 Million, Hollywood Hills
Rapper and -theoretically- 2020 presidential hopeful Kanye West bought a contemporary style Hollywood Hills mansion back in 2o03 for $1.75 million. He then listed the 4,214-square-foot mansion in 2013 with a $3.3-million asking price but the house finally closed for $2.95 million. The house boasts of built-in computer technology, a cartoon character theme, three bedrooms with four baths, and a master bedroom with a huge fish tank. West and wife Kim have been quite active when it comes to real estate investment, and in 2014, they bought a lavish $20-million Hidden Hills mansion.
