Panic Room star Jodie Foster didn’t go home sobbing when she sold her Beverly Hills property for $1 million less than her asking price in 2019. That’s because she only shelled out around half the selling amount to buy the house in 2012 in the first place.
The five-bedroom ‘50s abode is strategically located above the Franklin Canyon Reservoir and provides a breathtaking view of the Coldwater Canyon. Foster, who recently appeared in the 2021 movie The Mauritanian, is a wise real estate investor who has had a couple of houses in the area, including the one she bought from Dinah Shore in 2005 and sold in 2011.
