Matthew Perry is most known for playing Chandler Bing in the sitcom Friends from 1994 to 2004. Although he went through serious problems off-cam, he may have earned just enough to buy this property that he bought for $20 million in 2017.
Three years later, he listed the penthouse, called Mansion in the Sky, for $35 million. Located on the 40th floor of the posh condominium, the four-bedroom property spans over 9,000 sq ft. No worries, as Perry is expected to rake more moolah from the Friends reunion that he recently shared on Instagram.
