Disgraced couple Mossimo Giannulli and wife Lori Loughlin, who recently completed their prison sentence for their role in the college admissions scandal, originally wanted to sell their Bel Air mansion for $35 million in 2017. Fast forward to 2020, and the pair decided to sell the 100-year-old nest to Tinder’s Justin Mateen for only $18.75 million.
Nonetheless, it still is a little bit higher than the $13.9 million they shelled out to acquire the mansion, but it’s worth noting that they had blown $15 million for updating the property. The six-bedroom house, which gives guests a breathtaking view of the Bel-Air Country Club, was built by Columbia Pictures’ Harry Cohn.
