Ryan Seacrest – $11 Million, Hollywood Hills
Describing Ryan Seacrest as a consummate host doesn’t cut it because he supersedes that, and his massive earnings from hosting allow him the splurge a little on an estate. In 2010, the American Idol host first listed the luxe Mediterranean home that he had purchased in 2006 for $11.5 million. He attached a $14.95-million asking price to it but the 8,172-square-foot home just wouldn’t move and he took it off the market. Seacrest decided to lower the price, relisting it in 2012 for $11.985 million but it sold at a loss for $11 million. The five-bedroom, four-bath mansion formerly housed Kevin Costner who had actually sold it to Seacrest.
