Judd Apatow & Leslie Mann – $11.5 Million, Malibu
Actress Leslie Mann and her husband writer/director Judd Apatow bought a classic ‘30s beach mansion in 2013 for $10.95 million. The Malibu house seemed to have gone through updos over the years which must be the reason why the couple asked for $12 million when they decided to put it up for sale in 2015. They ended up selling it for $11.5 million two months after they listed it. The deluxe house exudes a casual coastal vibe with walls of windows providing views of the beach and white-washed common rooms. The 2,550-square-foot cottage also features three bedrooms and three and a half baths.
