However, soon after he divorced his wife in 2014, the property hit the market with nearly a $10-million price tag. But, it wasn’t until he dropped the price to $8.7 million that he house got its new owner – Big Sean himself! And with the rapper’s $32 million net worth, we assume that this didn’t affect his bank account that much.
