Julia Roberts – $5.35 Million, Greenwich Village
Julia Roberts decided to unload her three-bedroom Greenwich apartment in 2015, and within four months of listing it, she sold it for $850K above the asking price. Roberts had bought the 2,000-square-foot unit back in 2010 for $3.9 million and she listed it, asking for $4.5 million. It ultimately sold for $5.35 million. The apartment has a spacious terrace offering spectacular views of New York City and the living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The Pretty Woman star and her husband had also listed another piece of real estate; they decided to offload “The Faye Estate,” which was their Hawaii beachfront home for $29.85 million that same year.
