Cameron Diaz – $4.25 Million, Greenwich Village
In 2015, Cameron Diaz listed her Greenwich Village apartment, and the retired actress was asking for $4.25 million for the two-bedroom unit measuring 1,400 square feet. Diaz bought the condo in 2008 for $2.95 million and she enlisted the services of interior designer Kelly Wearstler to work her artistic magic. The apartment sports a pink marble and black onyx bathroom, a kitchen decked out with emerald green cabinetry, and custom rose-colored wallpaper lining up the walls of the living room. All the rooms in the apartment also feature electronic blackout shades as well as touch control lighting.
