Beverly Hills is Hollywood’s darling; that is why “It’s Not Unusual” singer Tom Jones also could not resist the charm and paid $2.65 million in 1998 for a residence there. Jones and his wife Melinda Trenchard loaded their five-bedroom mansion with leopard-print decor. The place with an outdoor swimming pool, manicured lawns, and palm trees was near the couple’s heart.
