Perhaps one of actress Elizabeth Banks’ happiest moments at the University of Pennsylvania was graduating as magna cum laude. But apart from her academic achievements, the institution may probably be memorable because it was where she met her husband, Max Handelman, whom she has been married to for nearly three decades.
Banks is proud of how long they have managed to stick together because she feels that people grow apart as time goes by. The producer and the actress met on Banks’ first day at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, but Banks told Allure magazine later that she didn’t think she’d marry him then.
