He started working at the shop at 21 thanks to his childhood friend Corey Harrison, the business owner’s son.
Chumlee stood out as the show’s breakout star, and he leveraged the popularity to sell merchandise as a side business. The collection of merch includes clothing items and other novelty items. In 2017, he launched Chumlee Candy On The Boulevard, a sweets shop located right across from the Gold & Silver Pawnshop.
