Ruper Grint’s career might have been slightly stalled after his success as Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter film franchise, however, he has shown a definite knack for business through his numerous real estate investments. Grint lives in a beautiful home built in the 18th century. Despite this, he has many more properties, some under his name and some under his relatives’ names. This has allowed him to build a small housing empire. However, Grint is not planning on dedicating himself to his properties only. He continues to be active in the film industry.
