Henry Winkler – Bel Air, $3.4 Million

Henry Winkler has won Golden Globe Awards as Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli, earned an OBE for his work with children with learning disabilities, and served as producer on cult classic series Mcgyver. He’s also lived in the same house in Brentwood Los Angeles for the last 18 years. The house cost an estimated $3.4 million in 1992 and serves as his writing haven. He spends a lot of time in his office, where he has co-written 32 books about a dyslexic child, Hank Zipzer. While the books are much loved, the character is also close to his heart as Winkler himself was diagnosed with dyslexia when he was 31.
