Besides acting, Kiefer Sutherland is also a recording musician and Davis guitar collector. So it makes sense that when he bought his $700,000 warehouse in Los Angeles with intentions of turning it into living space, he would include a recording studio into the mix. The warehouse is situated in the rougher section of LA, and the gate was reportedly a central message board for gangs in the area. He eventually sold the property for $3 million, but it’s reported that he owns two more properties in LA and another in New York. Sutherland is currently starring in the political drama series Designated Survivor.
