Eddie Murphy’s gigantic Granite Bay home has fluctuated in price over the years. Eddie Murphy and Nicole Mitchell Murphy sold the 12,500-square-foot mansion in 2007 for $6.1 million. New owners listed it for $12 million in 2014 before reducing the listing to $10 million.
