Charlie Sheen – $6.6 Million, Beverly Hills
Charlie Sheen’s mansion within the illustrious Mulholland Estates initially set him back $7.2 million in 2006. The Mediterranean themed property hit the market in February 2018 after being listed by Sheen for just under $10 million. But despite lowering the price to $7.5 million, the 8,628-square-foot Beverly Hills home only sold for $6.6 million in 2020.
The Los Angeles Times reports that the estate has it’s own pitcher’s mound and basketball hoop. There are also multiple secret rooms, including one that leads to a concealed movie theater with its own wet bar and another hidden behind a bookcase.
