Meredith Baxter – Santa Monica, $5.59 Million
Meredith Baxter, known for portraying Elyse Keaton in the ‘80s show Family Ties, had to wait only a few months for her Santa Monica property to find a buyer. She originally listed the house for $5.5 million but ended up getting $4.59 million for the 4,500-square-foot rustic home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Built in 1972, the main house features the art studio that leads to a treetop deck. The two-story abode is situated on the celebrity-fave Alisal Lane. In 2020, Baxter and other cast members of Family Ties had a virtual reunion and revealed tidbits about the show.
