The Golden Girls – Brentwood, $4 Million
Fans of the iconic ‘80s NBC sitcom The Golden Girls, which starred Betty White, Beatrice Arthur, Estelle Getty, and Rue McClanahan, are probably familiar with the house in Brentwood, which was where the first two seasons were filmed. In 2020, a buyer, who isn’t even a fan of the show, purchased the property for $4 million.
The 2,901-square-foot home was first offered for $3 million, but the new owner slapped another million to outbid others. Although the family man that secured the property didn’t watch the show, he liked the architecture and location of the house.
